  • How long are the sessions?
    The initial intake is 30 minutes. Subsequent sessions are 15 minutes and you can purchase as many sessions as needed.
  • Is this therapy?
    A resounding no! Although our coaches are all licensed therapists, they do not diagnose or provide treatment. They act as coaches to help clients via support, encouragement, validation, feedback, and guidance.
  • How much is each session?
    Intake Session: $150 (30 minutes) Silver Package: $250 (4 fifteen-minute phone calls per month) Gold Package: $350 (8 fifteen-minute phone calls per month) Platinum Package: $425 (12 fifteen-minute phone calls per month)
  • Do I need to be in therapy to hire a coach?
    No. While we may make a referral if we feel what is going on is beyond our scope of support, we accept clients who are just interested in our coaching model as well.
  • What kind of support do coaches provide?
    Coaches work with you to meet your needs by providing validation, support, encouragement, guidance, and accountability based on what you're looking for. We are not a crisis intervention service. Please note; since we work in a coaching capacity and not as a crisis or therapeutic service, we aren’t equipped to address high-risk situations, such as current or past thoughts of self-harm or harm to others. For anyone with a history of these challenges, a dedicated therapy or crisis support service may be better suited to meet your needs. If you need, we’re happy to guide you to those resources.
  • What mediums are used to contact coaches?
    Coaches are available through phone calls, zoom, and text. Check with your coach to determine their availability.
  • Can unused sessions be rolled over to next month?
    Yes, with the Platinum Package, sessions can be rolled over as long as you maintain an active plan. Rolled over sessions are not included with any other packages.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    You may cancel or reschedule your session within 24 hours of the scheduled time. No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged as a regular session. Monthly plans may be canceled at any time. You will still be billed for the remaining days of the month, but there won’t be any further recurring fees.
  • What happens if I am unhappy with my coach?
