Alexander Rand is a licensed clinical social worker and addictions therapist serving individuals and couples in Brooklyn, New York.
​
He has extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient facilities and has served as an administrative supervisor for JBFCS.
​
In addition to his practice, Alex currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Wurzweiler Graduate School of Social Work.

Aliza Nashofer
Director of Operations

Aliza brings a strong background in Psychology/Special Education and has a Master’s degree from Touro University. She is excited to be a part of the My Therapy Coach team, where she applies her skills in fostering client relationships and ensuring smooth operations.
